Short-term rentals are an affordable way for Washington families to vacation.

‍A tax increase on short-term rentals will be passed on to Washington families that are looking for an affordable place to stay that fits their budget and their needs.

In fact, more than half of short-term rentals across the state are booked by Washingtonians. And short-term rental hosts will lose critical income that helps them afford to make ends meet and stay in their homes.
